As a company we are taking the Coronavirus situation very seriously and have put measures in place throughout the company to ensure that the health of everyone is our top priority.
We have initiated working from home for all staff where it is possible. For the production and warehouse departments we are adhering to social distancing and reducing the surfaces touched by multiple people such as door handles, machinery, workstations etc. Additionally, we have implemented a hand washing sanitising regime, increased the cleaning of our kitchen area and handrails etc and we are also ensuring that all employees adhere to social distancing. We have also aided employees to stop all public transport commutes to work and suspended any travel by our employees except for deliveries. Any non-essential visitors to our premises are also suspended until further notice.
We currently do not have anyone within the company that has contracted the virus or having to self-isolate but we have policies in place from our Health and Safety support experts on how to deal with and assess potential exposure.
Our supply chains are still in place as we have multiple alternatives for each product line and we also have large stocks of material. However lead times may vary so please ask for updates or quicker alternatives.
Outgoing shipments are unaffected so far with great support from our courier companies and we also have our own delivery vans continuing to support our customers.
Therefore please continue to send your enquiries/orders over to our Sales Team in the usual manner and we will come back to you ASAP. If you have any delivery restrictions please detail them when you place your order.
